Below is an illustration of OCONUS shipping instructions provided by our DSCC Transportation office and the sections of the document are numbered to correspond with DD Form 1387 (Military Shipment Label) circled block number items.

Our Transportation office provides shipping instructions for all overseas shipments administered by DSCC. If the contract is administered by DCMA or another activity, we recommend you contact the administering activity for assistance. If you have any questions concerning the how to properly complete the DD Form 1387, we highly recommend you contact the DSCC Transportation office (for DSCC administered contracts only) for assistance at (614) 692-2288.
