The Heart of Ohio and Tri-State Area Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) covers the following counties: Adams, Athens, Brown, Coshocton, Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Gallia, Guernsey, Highland, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence, Licking, Logan, Madison, Marion, Meigs, Morgan, Morrow, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Union, Vinton, Washington and Wood, Cabell and Wayne Counties, WV. Any federal employee who works in those counties may participate in the campaign for the CFC.
